Who We Are?

Valley Crime Stoppers is the local Coachella Valley branch of Crime Stoppers USA, a non profit organization started in Albuquerque, New Mexico in the late 1970’s by a Police Detective working on a heinous murder case. Crime Stoppers has grown to become both a National and International method of aiding Law Enforcement in bringing all types of criminals to justice.

What We Do?

Crime Stoppers may offer cash rewards for information leading to the arrest of suspects and perpetrators of crimes. Persons providing information can call a telephone tip line, and remain completely anonymous; they do not have to give their name or any other identifying information in order to give information or receive their cash award.

How We Do It

Locally, Valley Crime Stoppers has been very active for more than 30 years, and is funded solely by members of the community through tax deductible (501 C3) donations, and fund raising efforts such as Golf Tournament Barbecues Other fund raising efforts

We will never ask for your name.
We will not record your call.
We do not trace phone numbers or tips submitted online.
You will not have to make a statement to police.
You will not appear in court.
